Good for you for focusing on self-care!

Some tips for healthing eating. Have healthy "grabables" in your frig and cupboards. I call them that because you grab and go back to work. Fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, carrot and celery sticks, protein bars and drinks, bags of nuts, Simple Mills almond flour chips....

Once a week, I make a huge pot of veggie soup that lasts for a lot of meals. I dump some frozen meal concoctions from Daily Harvest into two boxes of veggie juice. I add some cut fresh veggies, quinoa, dried mushrooms, and dried seaweed (the kind used in sushi.) So it takes about 15-20 minutes to prepare and later two minutes to heat a bowl.

I'm not a cook, so I can't offer more tips. But there's a lot of cook-in-bulk recipes on the internet.

Best of luck, Shannon!
